If anything is unclear or missing, we get in touch immediately to request clarification. Once the file is complete, we issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) or Request for Quote (RFQ).
Procurment
MEfirst leverages a global supplier network and procurement protocols to source the right product for your spec. We issue RFQs, gather offers, vet documentation, and load quotes into your client file. All offers are reviewed and analyzed by our sourcing team for quality, consistency, and compliance. Supplier authenticity is checked before final selection.
Logistics
After you confirm pricing and terms, our logistics team takes over. We coordinate everything from container booking and documentation to SGS inspection, port clearance, and final delivery. MEfirst has deep expertise in CIF shipping, cold chain management, and customs compliance. Every BOL is verified before it's sent to your bank or agent.
Finance
We offer structured payment models tailored to your financial profile. Whether you're working with an LC, SBLC, or a staged deposit model (10% or 30% + BOL), our finance team manages bank coordination and escrow processes, ensuring your funds are secure and released only when all terms are met.
